We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The tea/coffee maker and ironing board provided were particularly useful. We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Great service and location! We enjoyed the helpful staff, who provided quick and efficient room service for dinner and tea. the room was equipped with a tea/coffee maker and an ironing board, which added to our comfort. the location was excellent, with key tourist attractions and amenities nearby.

First, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use.
